RULES & REASONS
Any environment where rules take prominence over reason is bound to breed mediocrisy and slower growth. Progress is the child of reasoning and a distant cousin of rules deployed without reasoning.
COMPASSION IS DIVINITY
Comparison is human tendency and everyone can do that. Compassion is divine tendency and only a few have it. Have compassion, rise above the rest and be compared.
POWER CORRUPTS
Power that comes with position can corrupt anyone who can't handle power. Next, this guy will corrupt the position itself. Power and Position must be in the correct hands.

DELEGATION
Delegation is the art of knowing which job can be handed over to which man for the best result. Not all jobs can be done by everyone. Wrong delegation leads to chaos.
MISUNDERSTANDING
Misunderstanding is not the result of the thinking brain but the result of the beating heart that is not designed to think.
OCEAN OF LIFE
In the ocean of life some wanting to get drowned may come out with pearls and some that dived for pearls may get drowned. In this ocean you cannot fish for your wishes easily.
